The Forsworn
The Forsworn or as called by many "The Madmen of the Reach"
Based out of: The Reach. You can find occupied camps and forts scatted about the Hold. There's no real "Headquarters" as they aren't too well organized of a group. They have a primitive society.
Faction for: The Reachmen, Bretons native to the Reach (they believe that the Reach is their home, and seek for it to have its own independence free from both Skyrim and the Empire)

Requirements
The Forsworn aren't open in selection of their members, and those who are a part of the Forsworn are usually born into it. They are of Breton descent.
Hagravens are revered in their culture (they are treated as matriarchs) , and to harm, disgrace, or go against one is taboo and dishonorable.
Male Forsworn warriors who have proven their worth in their tribe may undergo the religious ceremony to become a Briarheart - a spirit of vengeance and power. The hagravens remove a willing participant's heart and replace it with a Briar Heart that imbues vastly enhanced strength at the cost of their will and humanity. A Briarheart is undead - meaning he looses his identity, memories possibly, and any trace of what made him human before- and if his heart is ever removed, he dies.
In the reach, tribes/groups of Forsworn live in occupied camps and forts - taking orders from a Hagraven Matriarch, a Briarheart, or a well proven male Forsworn Warrior.
Forsworn Agents can be found in the cities, most notably Markarth (As it is the capital of the Reach), living undercover to gain support for their cause. These agents are the more civilized and intelligent Forsworn, compared to their brothers who live outside the city.

Roles/Ranks/Sub-factions
Matriarchs - Hagravens who live in the Forsworn Camps and Forts, acting as the leader of whatever group/tribe lives there. Since Hagravens are a creature and not a race - to join as one, you must have special permission from me. If you want to lead a tribe as a Hagraven Matriarch, I will make you a settlement for you to lead in the forums. Note - the Forsworn are a Terrorist organization, but they do not organize any sort of big attacks or much less, leave their settlements for too long. They strike fear into the Local Nords, but due to their primitive nature, they cannot take over anything too big or too powerful, and can be easily wiped out by an able bodied force of soldiers, warriors, etc... A Hagraven would be a minor character compared to others on the site, since its below the other races in importance.
